Alachua County To all men whom these presents shall
come Greeting. Know all men by these presents that I George F.
Olmsted, of the Territory and County aforesaid, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar to me in hand paid, by Woodbridge S. Olmsted
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presnts the receipt whereof
I do hereby Acknowledge, have granted, bargained & sold, and by these
presents, do grant, bargain & sell unto the said W.S. Olmsted, and his
heirs and assigns forever, All these certain Lots in the Town of Newnansville
designated, as Lots number One, Two, Seven, and eight of the Block number
four, Range Two, upon the plan of the Town as filed and existing in the
Clerks Office of the County Court of Alachua County aforesaid, Together with
all and Singular the Hereditaments and Appurtenances to the same in any wise
belonging To have and to hold, the said Lots and premises and
every part thereof, with the appertenances unto the said Woodbridge S.
Olmsted his heirs and assigns, forever. And I the said George F. Olmsted
do bind myself, myself my heirs Administrators and assigns to warrant &
defend the said property to said W.S. Olmsted is heirs and assigns forever

this 25th day of June 1840

Alachua County Personally appeared before me the subscribing
Clerk of said County Henry C. Wilson, and after being duly sworn de
poseth and & saith that George F. Olmsted in his presence did assign
the within Deed or Instrument of Writing for the purposes therein mentioned
