of an Acre at the rate of a Dollar and twenty five Cents per Acre

This Indenture made the thirtieth day of June One thousand
eight hundred and forty. Between James Burnett of the County of
Alachua and Territory of Florida and his Wife Marcy of the first
part, and John S. Taylor of the said County and Territory of the
second part, Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars, to them in
hand well and truly paid, at and before the ensealing & delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged, have
granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed, and by these presents Do grant
bargain, sell, and convey, unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns All these certain tracts or parcels of Land Situated
lying and being, in the County and Territory aforesaid and known
and discribed in the Official Plats of the survey returned to the General |
