and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars to them in hand 
well and truly paid, at and before the ensealing and delivery of these 
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged, have granted bargained 
Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents Do grant, bargain, Sell and Convey 
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, all those certain 
tracts or parcels of Land Situated lying and being in the County & Territory 
Aforesaid, and known and discribed in the Official plat of the survey 
returned to the general Land Office As the East half of the south West 
quarter, and the west half of the south east quarter of Section Number 
eighteen, Township Eight of Range Number Nineteen south and East __  
 Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and App
urtenances, whatsoever to the same belonging, or in any wise appertaining 
and the remission and remissions, remainder and remainders, rents issues & 
profits thereof, and all the estate, rights, titles, interest, Dower and right 
of Dower, property, claim or demand in Law or equity whatsoever of the 
party of the first part of in or to the said premises and every part 
thereof to have & to hold the said Land and all and singular other the 
premises above mentioned, and every part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances 
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs & assigns, to the only proper 
use and behoof of the said party of the said party of the second part his 
heirs and assigns forever   And the said party of the first part, for 
themselves their heirs and assigns, the said premises and every part 
thereof , against themselves and their heirs, and against every other 
person or persons whomsoever to the sid party of the second part 
his heirs and assigns, shall and will Warrant and forever defend by 
these presents __   In Witness whereof the said parties of the second
first part have hereunto Set their hands & seals the day & year first 
above written __
