sixth part of Townships No. One, two, three, four, five, six, twelve, thirteen and 
sixteen and all my right, title and interest to Township numbers 
nine and ten, and so designated on the map to each the above men
tioned deeds -- also all those certain tracts or parcels of land situated 
in the Territory of East Florida at or near Tampa bay, the same being 
undivided parts of lands of a grant made to Don Pedro Miranda, in the year 
of our Lord one thousand, eight hundred and ten, by the then Governor 
of Florida, the said parts or portions of Land intended to be hereby 
conveyed are situated as follows viz.  Three thousand five hundred (3500) 
acres on township No one, One thousand five hundred in Township 
No 2, and three thousand five hundred in Township No four agreeable 
to a survey and map made by Cha’s Rignols, of East Florida, surveyor, 
containing in all eight thousand five hundred acres, and is the same as 
Deeded to the said party of the first part, by Philo Andrews, said deed bearing 
date the thirty ninth day of April one thousand eight hundred and thirty 
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances 
thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and 
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues, and profits 
thereof, And also, all the estate, right, title, interest 
property, possession, claim, and demand whatsoever, as well 
in law as in equity, of the said party of the first part, of, in, 
or to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, with the 
appurtenances: To have and to hold all and singular the 
premises above granted and described, together with 
the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part 
his heirs and assigns forever.  And the said party of the 
first part for himself his heirs, executors, and administrators 
and for each and every of them, doth covenant, promise, 
and agree, to and with the said party of the second part his 
heirs and assigns, the above mentioned and described premises, 
in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the 
second part, his heirs and assigns, against the said party 
of the first part, heirs and assigns, and against all and 
every person or persons whomsoever, lawfully or equitably
