done or committed or wittingly or willfully suffered
any act matter or thing whatsoever whereby or by
means whereof the said premises mentioned to be here
by granted and released as aforesaid or any part or
parcel thereof are is or can or may be in any wise
impeached or incumbered in title charge estate or other
wise howsoever And also that the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns shall and may
at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold
use occupy possess and enjoy the above granted
bargained and discribed Premises and every part and
parcel thereof with the hereditaments and Appurtenances
without any let suit trouble molestation eviction
or disturbance of the said Nathaniel Wells his
heirs or assigns or of any other person or persons whom
soever lawfully claiming or to claim any estate right
title or interest of in or to same by from or under
him in witness whereof the parties to these presents have
hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals
