said Thomas Gibbons as aforesaid and the said
Elisha Huntington for himself his heirs executors
and administrators and for each and every of them
doth covenant promise and agree to and with the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
by these presents that he hath not made done com
mitted executed or suffered any act or acts
thing or things whatsoever whereby or by means
whereof the said above mentioned premises or any
part or parcel thereof now or at any time hereafter
is or shall be impeached charged and incumbered
in any manner whatsoever except as to the said
sum of two thousand eight hundred and sixty
three dollars as aforesaid
