in the payment of the aforesaid sum, or the interest or any part or parts thereof, at
the time, and or in the manner specified__ That then it shall be lawful for the
party of the second part, or his Successors or Assigns, to enter unto and upon the
premises, and take possession of the whole or any part of the same, and grant, sell
and bargain the same, and all of the benefits, and equity of redemption of the party
of the first part his heirs or assigns, or any person claiming by through or under
them at public auction, to the highest bidder, according to the manner
prescribed by the Act of the Legislative Council of Florida, entitled, An
Act to incorporate the Southern Life Insurance and Trust Company
And as the Attorney of the party of the first part, for that purpose by these
presents, duly authorized to make, seal execute and deliver, to the purchaser or
purchasers thereof, a good and valid deed or deeds of conveyance in law, in
fee simple for the same to retain the principal and interest of the moneys then
in arrear and unpaid and all the cost of charges and of advertisements. Sale and
other expenses in the premises, rendering the Overplus (if any) to the party of
the first part, or his legal representative on demand, Which sale so to be
made shall be a perpetual bar both in law and equity, against the party
of the first part, and all persons claiming by through or under him, And
the party of the first part hereby Covenant and agree, to and with the party
of the second part, his Successors in Office and Assigns, that the said party of
the first lawfully is Seized, of a perfect, Absolute, indefeasible estate of
inheritance, in fee simple of in and unto said premises ___ ___ ___
