County send greeting ____
		Whereas by an order of the County Court of Alachua 
County in the Territory of Florida, duly passed and entered of record 
it is directed that the Commissioner of said County, shall make Execute 
and deliver, to the purchaser of lots in the Town of Newnansville, Deeds 
of Conveyance of the Lots by them respectively entered,  And Whereas 
George Clinton Westcott stands noted and entered upon the plot of 
said Town in my Custody as the purchaser of the Lot hereafter Specified
		Now Know ye,  That I the said Edmund Bird 
Commissioner of said County of Alachua, by virtue of the Authority so as 
aforesaid in me vested in Consideration of the sum of Fifteen 50/100 Dollars 
paid by the said George Clinton Westcott, the receipt whereof is hereby 
Acknowledged have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents 
do grant bargain and sell unto the said George Clinton Westcott and 
his heirs and assigns forever  All that certain lot designated as Lot 
number One of Block number 6 in the third range of Blocks in said 
Village as the same have been Surveyed and designated upon the plan 
of the Town, as filed and existing in the Clerks Office of the County Court
