of Alachua County Aforesaid. Together with all and Singular the heridit
aments and Appurtenances to the same in or any wise belonging, To have
and to hold the said Lot and premises and every part thereof with the
Appurtenances unto the said George Clinton Westcott his heirs and assigns
forever as fully and absolutely as I the said Edmund Bird Commissioner
Aforesaid and under the Authority Aforesaid Might could or ought
to sell and convey the same__

Alachua County Be it Remembered that on this Twenty sixth
day of October in this year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred & forty, before
me James McNeill Clerk of the County Court of Alachua County, duly commiss
ioned and Qualified, personally came John Ricord, the Subscribing Witness to the
foregoing Deed of Conveyance, Who being duly Sworn, declares and says, that he
saw Edmund Bird the Grantor in the said Deed, Sign, Seal, & deliver the same
for the purposes in the said Deed mentioned___

This Indenture made the eighth day of December in the year of our
Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty Between Isaac June & Henry
H. Holden of the first part and James Stephens all of Newnansville of the
second part, Witnesseth, That whereas the said parties of the first part are
justly and truly indebted, to the said party of the second part, in the just and
full sum of Two hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States of
