the John M. Stafford or bearer dated 22 January 1833 the
One for Eighty three dollars thirty three and a third cents $83 33 1/3/100
payable six months after date and the other for Eighty six dollars
sixty six and two thirds cents $86 66 2/3/100 payable Eighteen months
after date. Also a note of George Branning of same date payable
three months after date for the sum of Thirty one dollars, forty
three cents and one yellow Bay mare of the Indian pony
racer about three years of age Branded $, and the said
John M. Stafford doth by these presents bargain sell and
deliver the aforesaid and named property and ***** to the said George
Branning and his assigns forever -- Upon trust neverthe
less and, and, to the use and for the purposes herein after
named that is to say the afore mentioned Negroes Milley and
Wiley upon trust for the sole and separate use benefit &
and behoof and for the comfort and maintenance of the
aforesaid Susanna Stafford for and during the term of
her natural life and at her death if that event should
take place during the minority of the infant children of the
said John and Susanna now born or in being in trust
during the minority of such child or children, to be hired out
and the money apropriated according to law at interest and
the same and interest to be paid over to the said children when
they respectively come of age
In trust also if the said Susanna shall survive until
all of said children them in being shall arrive at Lawful
age to be by the said Branning delivered up at her death to
such child or children or their heirs according to the terms
& provisions of a deed of gift of the said john M. Stafford
and Susanna his wife of Sundry Negroes therein named, made
to Lafayette Stafford, and Columbus Stafford and such
other child or children of the said John M. And Susanna
as shall be born on or before the twentieth day of February
which will be in the year Eighteen hundred & thirty four.
