Alachua County Be it remembered that on the fourth day of January
in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty one before me James
McNeill Clerk of the County Court of Alachua County, duly Commissioned and
Qualified, personally came James Pendarvis one of the Subscribing Witnesses
to the foregoing Deed of Conveyance, Who being duly sworn , declares and Says
that he saw Jesse Carter the Grantor in the said Deed Sign Seal and deliver
the same, for the purposes therein mentioned ____ _________

This indenture made this thirteenth day of January
One thousand eight hundred and forty one Between James
M. Bates and Louisa T. Bates his wife of Newnansville Alachua
County of the first part and John M. Sanchez of same place
of second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars lawful
money of the United States of America to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part Have granted bargained Sold
assigned transferred and set over and by these presents Do grant
bargain sell assign transfer and set over unto the said John
M. Sanchez his heirs and assigns forever, Al those certain Lots pieces
or parcels of Land in the Town of Newnansville County of Alachua
known and distinguished on a certain map or plot of the said Town
of Newnansville as Lots number Six and Seven on half range
North of range number one, Together with all and Singular the
rights, tenements and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in any
wise Appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents issues and profits thereof, and all the estate right
title interest Dower and right of Dower, property, possession claim |
