To all to whom these presents shall come__
I John J. Sanchez Commissioner of Town Lots in Newnansville, Alachua County
Whereas by an order of the Judge of the County Court Of Alachua
County in the Territory of Florida and entered of record, it is directed that the
Commissioner of said Town Lots shall make execute and deliver to the purchasers of
Lots in the Town of Newnansville Deeds of Conveyance for the Lots by them respect
ively entered, And Whereas Malcom Galbreath stands noted and entered
upon the plot of said Town in my custody as the purchaser of the Lot herein
after Specified ____ Now know ye , That I the said John J. Sanchez
Commissioner as aforesaid by virtue of the Authority in me vested in con
sideration of the sum of fifteen Dollars and fifty Cents paid by the said
Malcom Galbreath, the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged, have granted
bargained and sold, and by these presents do grant bargain & Sell unto
the said Malcom Galbreath and to his heirs and Assigns forever, All that
certain Lot designated as number seven, Block number four Range number
one, on the plan of the Town as filed and existing in the Clerks Office of the
County Court of Alachua County Aforesaid__ Together with all and
Singular the hereditaments and Appurtenances, to the same in any Wise
belonging, To have and to hold the said Lot and premises and every part
thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said Malcom Galbreath his heirs and
Assigns forever, as full and absolutely as I the said John J. Sanchez
Commissioner Aforesaid, and under the Authority Aforesaid, might, could
or ought to sell and Convey the same ____

and Affixed my Seal this fourteenth day of January AD 1841
