of Section Seven, Township One Range Fourteen North & East ___ 
with the Appurtenances and all of the Estate, title and interest of the said 
parties of the first part therein    This Grant is intended as a Security 
for the payment of Eight hundred Dollars on or before the first day 
of April next  Agreeably to a Bond bearing even date herewith 
Which payment if duly made will render this conveyance void & 
also said bond or Obligation_

Know all men by these presents that I Lewis Mattair of the 
County of Columbia and Territory of Florida in consideration of 
the sum of Twelve hundred Dollars in lawful money of the United States 
to me in hand paid by Bennett M. Dell of Alachua County & Territory  
Aforesaid  the receipt whereof I hereby Acknowledge & do by these presents 
give grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Bennett M. Dell 
his heirs and Assigns a certain parcel of Land  situate in the County of 
Alachua and Territory Aforesaid and described on the Maps in the 
Land Office at St. Augustine as the West half of the North east quarter 
of Section twenty three and the East half  of the South East quarter of 
Section twenty three __ And the North East quarter  and the East half of the 
North West quarter of Section twenty six and the West half of the North 
East quarter of Section twenty seven, Also the East half of the east half of the 
North West quarter of Section twenty seven, to be divided North & South all 
in Range Eighteen Township Seven South and East and containing
