the privileges and appurtenances to the said Land in any wise appertaining & belonging
To have and to hold the above granted premises to the said Bennett M. Dell his heirs
and Assigns and their use and behoof forever, And I the said Lewis Mattair for
myself my heirs Executors and Administrators do covenant with the said Bennett M.
Dell, that I am lawfully seizen in fee of the afore granted premises, that they are free
from all incumberances that I have good rights to sell and convey the same to the said
Bennett M. Dell, and that I will and my heirs executors and Administrators shall
warrant and defend the same to the said Bennett M. Dell his heirs and assigns forever
against the lawful demands of all persons

Know all men by these presents that I Louisa Mattair wife of Lewis Mattair
Grantor in the above Deed for the Conveyance of Real Estate to Bennett M. Dell
his heirs and assigns forever bearing date the fifth day of January AD 1841 do
hereby renounce relinquish and release to the grantee therein named all my right
of Dower in and to the lands, tenements & therein conveyed

wife of Lewis Mattair Grantor in the annexed Deed for the Conveyance of
real Estate to Bennett M. Dell dated the fifth day of January AD 1841
personally appeared before me in my County Aforesaid and being examined
by me privately and apart from her said Husband and hearing the said
Deed fully explained to her she Acknowledged that she signed and sealed |
