hereditaments and Appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise app
ertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders 
rents issues and profits thereof___  To have and to hold the same unto the 
said James M. Bates his heirs and Assigns as fully and Absolutely as I 
the said John J. Sanchez Commissioner as Aforesaid under the Authority aforesaid 
might could or ought to convey the same
