on the maps in the Land Office at St. Augustine as Lots number 
Seven and eight or the South east quarter of section thirty five 
Township six Range fifteen South and East containing One 
hundred and sixty Acres __ Together with all and Singular 
the Appurtenances to the said land in any wise Appertaining 
and belonging,  To have and to hold the above granted premises 
to the said Bennett M. Dell his heirs and Assigns, to his and 
their use and behoof forever,  And I the said Samuel Worthington 
do covenant with said Bennett M. Dell his heirs and Assigns that 
I am lawfully Seized in fee of the afore granted premises, that they 
are free from all incumberances & that I have good right to sell and 
convey the same to the said Bennett M. Dell as aforesaid & that 
I will and my heirs executors and Administrators shall Warrant 
and defend the same to the said Bennett M. Dell his heirs and 
Assigns forever against the claim and demand of all persons___
		In Testimony Whereof I the said Samuel 
Worthington have hereunto Set my hand & Seal this 26th day 
of December AD 1840

County of Alachua	Know all men by these 
presents that I Mary Worthington wife of the aforesaid 
Samuel Worthington grantor in the aforesaid Deed of Conveyance 
of Real Estate to Bennett M. Dell do hereby renounce relinquish 
and release all my right of Dower in and to the lands &c in said 
conveyance unto Bennett M. Dell grantee in consideration of the sum 
of one Dollar to me in hand paid by the said Bennett M. Dell the 
receipt whereof  I do hereby Acknowledge, In Witness I have here 
unto set my hand & Seal this 26th day of December AD 1840
