all the children of the said John aforesaid named or re
ferred to, or their lineal descendants then at her death the
said Negroes with the increase shall vest in her right
heirs by consanguinity --
And this deed is upon the especial trust more
ever, that all the property & *oses in action herein named
and hereby conveyed, shall be and remain for and during
the natural life of the said Susanna for her use benefit
and behoof and for her support, maintenance, and comfort
and at her death to vest fully and entirely in her heirs
at law, Provided that this clause of this deed shall not
be construed in any manner to affect the disposition 0f
herein before made of the Negroes hereby conveyed -- Upon
trust also that this conveyance and the delivery of the
Negroes therein named to the said Branning shall shall
sustain and not abridge in any manner weaken the
deed of gift of the same made to Lafayette & Columbus Stafford
and such past humons children of the said John M.
And Susanna as may be born on or before the twentieth
day of February 1834 Reference to the said deed bearing
even date with theses presents will fully appear -- but the
aforesaid deed of is made upon the full knowledge
priority and consent & agreement of the parties hereto --
Provided however it is expressly understood by parties
hereto if the said George Branning should die before the trust herein
confided shall be executed and finished, that his executor
or executors shall succeed to said trust and if he should
die without an executor or for any other cause, no
trustee shall be in being it shall and may b lawful
by appointment of any Court Of Chancery, having juris
diction to supply such vacancy upon application of any
person interested
