half of the South east quarter of section number One Township number 
eight Range number eighteen South and East containing One 
hundred and sixty Acres and one twelfth hundreds of an Acre 
Situated in said County and Territory Aforesaid,   To have and to 
hold with all and Singular , the rights, members and Appurtenances 
thereof to the said party of the second part, being belonging or in any 
wise appertaining,  with the remainder and remainders reversion and 
reversions, rents issues and profits thereof  to the only proper use 
benefit and behoof of him the said party of the second part his 
heirs, Executors, Administrators and Assigns in fee simple forever 
and the said party of the first part, his heirs executors Administrators 
and Assigns, the said bargained premises unto the said party of the 
second part, his heirs , executors, Administrators and Assigns, Against 
the said party of the first part, his heirs executors & Administrators 
and all and every person or persons whatsoever, shall and will 
Warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents ___
