This Indenture made this 18th day of February AD 1841
Between James Burnet of the first part and Wm T. Brown of
the second part both of the County of Alachua and the Territory of
Florida Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of Seven hundred Dollars in hand paid by
the said party of the second part the receipt thereof is hereby Acknowle
dged hath bargained Sold Conveyed and Confirmed and by these
presents, Do grant bargain Sell convey and Confirm unto the said party
of the second part a Tract of Land, being the west half of the south
east quarter and the North half of the East half of the south West
quarter of Section number One Township number eight Range
eighteen South and east containing One hundred & twenty Acres more or less
Situated in the County of Alachua and Territory of Florida Aforesaid
To have and to hold, with all and Singular the rights members and
Appurtenances thereof to the said party of the second part being
belonging or in any wise Appertaining, with the remainder & remainders
reversion and reversions, rents issues and profits thereof, to the only proper use
benefit and behoof of him the said party of the second part, his heirs
executors Administrators & assigns in fee simple forever and the said party
