hundred and ninety eight Dollars 35/100 being in full for S.W. quarter Section 
12 Township 7 Range 18 S & E   Containing One hundred & fifty eight - 68/100 
Acres at the rate of One Dollar and twenty five Cents per Acre

Alachua County             Know all men by these presents 
that I Abraham Mott of the County of Alachua & Territory of Florida for 
and in consideration of the sum of Six hundred Dollars to me in hand paid 
by Hugh Sweeney of the said County and Territory, the receipt whereof is 
hereby Acknowledged, have bargained Sold and delivered, and by these presents 
do bargain, Sell and deliver unto the said Hugh Sweeney  a tract of land 
lying and being in the said County of Alachua & Territory of Florida 
bounded as follows viz.  The South West quarter of Section Twelve No.12, 
Township No.7 Seven Range No.18 Eighteen South and east containing 
One hundred and fifty eight Acres and  sixty eight hundreds of an Acre  
To have and to hold  all and Singular the hereditaments & Appurtenances 
thereunto belonging or in any wise Appertaining unto the said Hugh Sweeney 
his heirs executors Administrators and Assigns forever,  And I the said Abraham 
Mott for myself my heirs executors Administrators and Assigns shall and 
will Warrant and defend the same against all persons unto the said Hugh 
Sweeney his heirs executors Administrators & Assigns forever by these presents
