In Witness whereof , the parties to these presents have 
hereunto set their hands and seals the day 
and year first above written____
				Nathaniel Wells  ( L.S.)
Sealed and delivered	
      In presence of
		Wm. W. Wells
City and County of NewYork	On this Nineteenth day of August 
1831, before me personally Appeared William W. Wells known 
to me to be the Subscribing Witness, to the foregoing Indenture 
who being by me duly sworn did depose and say that he resides 
in the first Ward of the City of New York, that he was present and 
saw Nathaniel Wells, known to him to be the same person descr
ibed in who executed the foregoing Indenture, duly executed & 
Acknowledged the same as his Act and Deed, and that the deponent 
Subscribed his name as Witness to such execution thereof 
which being to me Satisfactory proof of the dew execution of 
the said Indenture, I allow it to be recorded
