This Indenture made the sixteenth day of June 
in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred & forty one   
 Between John J. Sanchez Commissioner for the Sale of Town Lots 
in the Town of Newnansville, appointed by the Judge of the County 
Court of Alachua County, in pursuance of an Act of the Legislative Council 
of Florida passed the 2nd day of March 1840 of the first part and 
Edward S. Alldrich of the second part   Witnesseth That the said 
John J. Sanchez for and in consideration of the sum of fifteen 
Dollars and fifty Cents lawful money of the United States to him 
in hand paid by the said Edward S. Alldrich at the sealing 
and delivery hereof the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged  
Hath granted, bargained, Sold, Assigned, transferred, Conveyed and 
set over and by these presents Doth grant, bargain, sell, Assign, trans
fer, Convey and set over unto the said Edward S. Alldrich his heirs 
Executors Administrators and Assigns forever, All that certain Lot
