piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in the Town of Newnansville 
Territory of Florida, known as Lot number four, Block number One 
Range number One, on a certain Map made for the Town Commissioner 
by Thomas Jefferson Smith 6th of June 1841 is to be filed in the Office 
of the County Clerk of Alachua County,  Together with all & Singular 
the tenements and Hereditaments thereunto belonging or in any 
wise Appertaining, and reversion and reversions remainder and 
remainders, rents issues and profits thereof,  And also all the Estate 
right title and interest property possession claim and demand 
whatsoever as well in law as in equity, of him the said John J. 
Sanchez as such Commissioner as aforesaid.  To have and to hold 
the said premises and every part and parcel thereof to the said 
Edward S. Alldrich his heirs and Assigns forever, as fully and 
Absolutely as he the said John J. Sanchez Commissioner as Aforesaid 
under Authority aforesaid, might, could, or ought to sell and 
Convey the same.
	In Witness Whereof the said John J. Sanchez Com
missioner as Aforesaid, hath hereunto set his hand and seal
