I John G. Reardon of the County of St. Johns, Territory of 
Florida for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty Dollars 
to me in hand paid by Thomas Fitzgibbon of the County of 
Alachua and Territory Aforesaid,  Do by these presents give to 
him, all my right and title to a certain lot of ground situated 
at Micanopy E.F. adjoining Mr. A.B. (Noyes), Suttler Store,  In
