Territory of Florida	Know all men by these presents 
greeting  That we Charles N. Emerson and Luisa Emerson of the 
Town of Micanopy, Territory of Florida, do this day dispose of & Sell 
our House, with improvements, lands Adjoining and inclosure 
within which there is a Well, Situate South of A.B. Noyes & C. Suttler 
lot West of Jesse Crawford's Land and North of the Lot Known as 
Mrs. Mundins ( now in the possession of Mr. John Chambers) unto 
Mr. Thomas Fitzgibbons of Micanopy Florida, And we Charles N. 
Emerson & Louisa Emerson do by this title of Sale Alienate and give 
up all right and title heretofore enjoyed by us in said House, lot, 
&, & unto the said the said Thomas Fitzgibbon of the Town of Micanopy 
Florida, his heirs executors or Administrators  for the sum of Forty five dollars 
which we Acknowledge to have received this day from him ____
	Given under our hands at Micanopy Florida this first 
day of October Eighteen hundred and forty One.

This Indenture made the third day of September in
the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty one   
Between Thomas C. Ellis and Sarah his wife of Newnansville 
Alachua County in the Territory of Florida of the first part and 
William W. Tucker of the same place,  Witnesseth, That the said 
parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of three 
hundred and sixty five Dollars, lawful money of the United States 
of America, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second 
part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt 
whereof is hereby Acknowledged, and the said party of the Second
