part his heirs, executors, and Administrators, forever released & discharged 
from the same, by these presents, have granted, bargained, Sold, Aliened, 
remised, released, conveyed, and confirmed, And by these presents, Do 
grant, bargain, Sell, Alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the 
said party of the second part, and to his heirs and Assigns forever ____   
All that certain piece or parcel of Land, Situate, lying and being in the 
County of Alachua in the Territory of Florida, being the North half of 
the West of the South east quarter of Section Number ten (10)  Also 
about Ten Acres, bounded by paralell lines off the West side of the 
North East quarter of the South east quarter of said Section Number Ten (10) 
including the improvement thereon, be the Same more or less ___  Said Section 
ten (10) being Township eight (8) range eighteen (18) of the United States 
Survey ______  ____   Together with all and Singular the tenements, 
hereditaments, and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise 
Appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder & remainders, 
rents, issues, and profits thereof,  And Also, all the Estate, Right, Title 
interest, profit, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in 
Law as in Equity, of the said parties of the first part, of in and to the same,

premises, with the Appurtenances, unto the said party of the Second 
part, his heirs and Assigns, to him and their own proper use benefit 
and behoof forever ___  And the said Thomas C. Ellis & Sarah his 
wife for themselves their heirs, executors and Administrators, do covenant 
grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs 
and Assigns, that the said Thomas C. Ellis, at the time of Sealing and delivery 
of these presents is lawfully seized in fee of a good absolute, and indeasible estate 
of inheritance in fee Simple of and in all and Singular the above granted 
bargained and described premises with the Appurtenances and hath 
good right, full power and lawful Authority to grant bargain, Sell 
and convey the same, in manner and form aforesaid,  And that the 
said party of the second part his heirs and Assigns, shall and may at 
all times hereafter, peaceably and quietly, have, hold, use, Occupy 
possess and enjoy the above granted premises and every part and
