to hold the said undivided half part of said undivided fortieth 
part of said tract of Land, together with All the rights 
Members and Appurtenances to the same in any manner 
belonging to the said Henry P. Brandin his heirs and assigns, to 
his and their only proper use, benefit and behoof forever.  And the 
said John Moloney for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators 
against all persons claiming, by through or under him, the said 
bargained and sold premises, unto the said Henry P. Brandin his 
heirs and assigns, will warrant and forever defend, by these 
presents
           In testimony whereof the said John Moloney hath 
hereunto set his ahnd and seal the day and year first above

ninth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred 
& thirty two, before me Leslie A. Thompson Intendant of the City of Tallahassee 
and Ex officio Justice of the peace, personally appeared John Moloney who
Acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act & Deed for the purposes 
therein contained
