County of Alachua aforesaid, and known in the Survey as aforesaid
made as aforesaid, as the South east quarter of the South east quarter of
Section thirteen Township Thirteen range twenty South and east containing
forty one acres and eight hundredths of an acre, and also one other
piece or parcel of land, lying situate and being in theCounty of Alachua
aforesaid and known in the Survey as aforesaid made as aforesaid as
the South West quarter of the South West quarter of Section eighteen
Township thirteen, Range twenty One South and east, containing forty
acres and two hundredths of an acre, It being the same Tracts entered as
a pre-emption by the said Brooks at the Land Office by his receipts
as appears dated the 15th December 1838 and the 16th April 1840
To have and to hold the above mentioned and described
tracts of land, to the said Jesse Stanley his heirs and assigns
free from the claim of the United States, of the said Wiley Brooks
his heirs and assigns, and all and every other person or persons
whatever in Fee Simple, And the said Wiley Brooks
for himself his heirs and assigns, doth covenant and agree to
and with the said Jesse Stanley, his heirs Executors Administrators
and assigns, the above mentioned and described Tracts of Land
he the said Wiley Brooks his heirs executors and administrators
will to the said Jesse Stanley, and to his heirs & assigns, from
and against the claim of the United States, and from & against
the claim or claims of all and every person or persons whomsoever
will by these presents forever, assure, secure, warrant & defend --
