Know all men by these presents that I Jemima McNeill Wife of Arch'd McNeill
the Grantor in the foregoing Deed do hereby Acknowledge that I signed Sealed and 
executed the same with the intent thereby to renounce relinquish and forever 
quit claim to my Dower and right of Dower to all and Singular the Lands 
and premises in the said Deed mentioned, and that the renunciation 
and relinquishment was made freely and Voluntarily and without any compu
lsion, Constraint Apprehension  or fear of or from her said husband ___
	In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this the 
third day of February One thousand eight hundred & forty two ___

day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred & forty two 
before me Wm. Reed, Personally Appeared the above named wife of

made and executed the above Acknowledgment ___  In Testimony 
whereof I have hereunto Subscribed my name and Affixed my Seal this 
10th day of February AD 1842

Wiley Brooks, the Grantor in the Within Deeds of Conveyance of real Estate, do hereby renounce 
release & forever relinquish all right of Dower to the premises mentioned therein

to the foregoing renunciation of Dower, was this day examined by me separately & apart 
from her said husband Wiley Brooks, When she acknowledged, that she executed the

traint, compulsion or fear of or from her said husband or any other person
