and effect of the said Bond or writing Obligatory, and the interest 
which may then be due thereon Then as well, the Estate hereby granted 
as the said Bond and this Indenture shall cease determine and be 
absolutely void, Else to remain in full force and virtue ____

County of Alachua	This Indenture made 
June the first in the year of our Lord One thousand eight 
hundred and forty two ___
	Know all men by these presents that I Robert D. 
Bradley of the Territory and County Aforesaid of the one part 
and James Bradley of the same Territory & County of the second 
part  Witnesseth that I Robert D. Bradley of the first part 
for and in consideration of the sum of Six thousand four hundred 
and forty Dollars lawful money of the United States to me in 
hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents 
by the said James Bradley of the second part of the Territory and 
County Aforesaid, the receipt whereof I do hereby Acknowledge 
have bargained and sold, and by these presents do bargain Sell 
and deliver unto the said James Bradley Seven Negroes, To Wit  
David, Moses, Bill, Caroline and Elizer with her two children Wiley 
and Willis,  To have and to hold the said Seven Negroes viz  David, 
Moses, Bill, Caroline, and Elizer with her two children Wiley and 
Willis, and unto the said James Bradley his heirs Executors, Admin
istrators and Assigns to them and to their only proper use and behoof 
forever,  And I the said Robert D. Bradley my heirs Executors and
