Alachua County		Personally appeared before me 
H.A. Moore one of the Justices of the Peace of the County afore
said James Aiken and made oath that he was present at 
the signing sealing and delivery of the within deed of gift and that 
the parties signing acknowledged it to be their voluntary act

   Know all men by these presents that we George Branning 
and William Branning both of the County of Duval and Territory 
of Florida are held and firmly bound unto John M. Stafford of 
Alachua County and Territory aforesaid in the penal sum of 
Two thousand dollars to the payment of which we bind ourselves 
our heirs &c jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed 
with our seals and dated this twenty ninth day of June Eight
een hundred and thirty three.  The condition of the above obligation 
is such that whereas the aforesaid John M. Stafford has at the 
special instance and request of the aforesaid George Branning consented
