Administrators, to the said Bargained Premises, unto the said James
Bradley his heirs, executors, Administrators and Assigns from & against
all and every person or persons whosoever, shall and will Warrant
and forever defend by these presents. ___
Now the Condition of the above Mortgage is such that if the
said Robert D. Bradley by himself or his heirs, executors, Administrators
and Assigns, shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the
said James Bradley his heirs, executors, Administrators and Assigns
the sum of Six thousand four hundred and forty Dollars lawful
money of the United States by the first day of January Eighteen
hundred three, then this Mortgage to be Null and void otherwise
to remain in full force and virtue. ___

present at the signing Sealing, and delivery of the Within Mortgage
that he saw Robert D. Bradley Sign the within instrument for the purposes
Specified and that he saw Wm. Garrison & Joseph N. Garrison assign as
Witnesses and that he himself Subscribed to the Within as Witness.
