forever ___  Provided Always, and the 
Condition of these presents is such that if I the said Alonzo 
B. Noyes shall pay or cause to be paid to the said Augustus 
E. Noyes the debt Aforesaid with Interest,  On or before the first 
day of March AD (1844) Eighteen hundred and forty four 
next, then this Instrument shall be void and of no effect,  And 
I the said Alonzo B. Noyes agree to pay the same accordingly ___
	But if default be made in such payment the said 
Augustus E. Noyes is hereby Authorized to Sell at Public 
Auction after the like Notice as by Law required for Sheriffs 
Sale, the personal property herein before mentioned or so much 
thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the said Debt interest 
and reasonable expenses, And to return the same out of the proceeds 
of Such Sale the Overplus or residue if any to belong and be 
returned to me ___
	And the Said Augustus E. Noyes is hereby Authorized 
to take possession of the said personal property on or before the first 
day of March AD 1844  One thousand eight hundred and f
orty four __ unless such debts shall be sooner paid ___
