		Be it known that on the 27th day of October 
1842, John M. Fontane came before me and made Oath, in due form 
of Law, that he was present and saw Fernando M. Arredondo, Praxeves 
Cocificio, Pedro Arredondo, Marrianna M. Arredondo, Jose M. Arredondo 
Theodora M. Arredondo, and Yere M. Arredondo by their Attorney 
Fernando M. Arredondo, who is personally known to him Sign 
Seal and deliver the annexed instrument of writing as their 
respective Acts and deeds for the uses therein expressed and that 
he the said John M. Fontane and Alexander Watson Subscribed 
their names thereto as Subscribing Witnesses ___________

Whereas I have this day sold under an Execution to me issued by Justice 
Prevatt and Accordance with an Advertisement regularly posted 
describing the            and notifying of the day of Sale the following 
property to John Thrower the highest bidder viz ___  One Billiard 
Table, House and Lot Number One in Block number Two first range 
in the Village of Newnansville levied upon as the property of Thomas 
Chave to satisfy a Judgment obtained in said Justice Prevatt Court 
in favor of one Isaac Vorheeve for fifty Dollars and forty Cents debt 
and Cost ___     Now therefore be it known, that I Thomas Piper in 
Consideration of the Sum of Fifty One Dollars to me in hand paid, the 
receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged by John Thrower of Newnans
ville in Alachua County.  I do hereby transfer and by Virtue of my Office 
set over to said Thrower all the right Title and interest of the said Thomas 
Chave to said Lot, Billiard Table and Buildings,  To have and to 
hold the Same to his only proper use and benefit of the said Thrower forever __
		Given under my hand and Seal this fifteenth 
day of October 1842
