 party of the first part viz__  One Negroe Man Slave (black) named Renta aged 
about forty five to fifty years,  the same formerly belonging to Henry 
Lindsey and now in the hands of Thomas Colding Administrator of the estate 
of said Lindsey deceased, Also One large four wheel Waggon, Also One 
mule of a brown Colour aged Seven years or thereabouts  Also one black mule 
aged Ten years or thereabouts  Also One Sorrel mare with a white face 
aged nine years or thereabouts together with a Colt the foal of said mare, nearly 
one year old,   To have and to hold the said Negro Slave, four wheeled 
Waggon, Brown and Black  Mules, Mare and Colt and every of them unto 
the said party o the second part his executors, Administrators & Assigns to 
the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part 
his executors, Administrators and Assigns forever ___  Provided Always 
Nevertheless, and these presents are upon the express Condition, that if the 
said party of the first part his Executors or Administrators, shall well & truly 
pay or cause to be paid unto the said party of the second part, his certain 
Attorney, executors, Administrators or Assigns, the said sum of money mentioned 
in the condition of the said bond or Written Obligatory, with the interest thereon 
at the time therein mentioned and according to the true intent & Meaning of 
the said Bond and the Condition thereof,  then as well this present Indenture 
as the Estate herein Conveyed shall cease determine and be null & void, Else 
to be and remain in full force and Virtue
		In Witness whereof the said party of 
the first part hath hereunto Set his hand and Seal the day and year 
first above written

Personally Appeared before me S.L. Burritt and being duly Sworn 
deposeth and saith that he saw John G. Tiner Sign, Seal & deliver the 
foregoing instrument of Writing for the purposes therein Mentioned
