premises, and every part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances __ To have and

between Bennett M. Dell Administrator of the Estate of Thomas A. Holliday
deceased of the County and Territory Aforesaid of the one part & Jesse Carter
of the same place of the other part Witnesseth, That the said Bennett M. Dell
for and in Consideration of the sum of forty five Dollars to him in hand paid
at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
Acknowledged hath granted Bargained Sold and Conveyed, and do by these
presents, grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the said Jesse Carter his heirs
