Assigns, Against him the said Bennett M. Dell and his heirs, and against all 
persons whomsoever shall and will by these presents forever Warrant and defend ___
	In Witness whereof the said B.M. Dell, as Administrator of the Estate of 
Thomas A. Holliday hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his Seal the day 
and year above written

County of Alachua	Before me Thomas J. Prevatt a Justice of the Peace 
for the County Aforesaid personally Appeared B.M. Dell to me well known 
who Acknowledged that the above Signature is his own hand write, this 17th 
day of February 1843
				Tho's J. Prevatt  J.P.
For Value received I transfer the within to F.A. Underwood his heirs & Assigns this 10th December 1838

This indenture made this tenth day of December one thousand 
eight hundred and thirty eight between Jesse Carter of Alachua county 
Territory of Florida and Ann Carter of the one part and F.A. Underwood 
of said county and Territory  the other part.  Witnesseth 
that the said Jesse Carter and Ann his wife for and in consideration 
of the sum of two hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by the 
said F.A. Underwood at and before the sealing and delivery hereof 
the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge, have granted bargained 
enfeoffed released and confirmed and by these presents do grant 
bargain sell enfeoff release and confirm unto the said F.A. Underwood 
and to his heirs and assigns all that certain messuage and tract of 
land known as lots number seven and eight containing twenty acres 
more or less granted and confirmed unto the said Jesse Carter by B.M. Dell 
of the County and Territory aforesaid Administrator of the Estate of Thomas 
A. Holliday, lying and being near the Town of Newnansville and being 
a part of the east half of the South West quarter of Section Eleven in township
