Eight and Range eighteen ___  ___  Together with all and singular the 
woods ways Waters Rights privileges and appurtenances 
whatsoever thereunto belonging and also all the Estate Rights Title 
interest property, claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Jesse 
Carter and Ann his wife in law or equity of into or out of the same.
	To have and to hold the said granted premises with the 
appurtenances unto the said F. A. Underwood his heirs and assigns and 
to his and their only proper use and behoof forever, And the said Jesse 
Carter and Ann his wife for themselves their heirs executors and adminis
trators do hereby Covenant and agree to warrant and defend the said 
granted premises unto him the said F. A. Underwood his heirs & 
assigns against all persons Claiming or to claim by or through them 
the said Jesse Carter and Ann his wife ___  ___
	In witness whereof the said Jesse Carter and Ann 
his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals this day and year 
above written ____ ____

This indenture made the 27th day of Feby. AD 1843 Between 
Malcom Galbreath of the first part and Woodbridge S. Olmsted of the second 
part, both of the County of Alachua and Territory of Florida  Witnesseth 
that for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Dollars paid to the party 
of the first part before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt 
whereof is hereby acknowledged  Do grant Bargain, sell and deliver 
unto the said party of the second part and by these presents do grant bargain and 
Sell unto the said party his heirs and assigns forever All that certain Lot of land 
designated as lot number Seven in Block number four Range number one on the 
                                                                         plan
