plan of the Town of Newnansville as filed and existing in the Clerks Office of the County Court of
Alachua County Aforesaid. Together with all and Singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same in any wise belonging, To have and to hold to said lot and premises &
every part thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part ___ And the
said party of the first part for himself his heirs executors and Administrators do hereby
covenant and Agree with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns Against
the said party of the first part and his heirs And against all and every person or persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming Or to claim the same shall and will warrant and
forever defend by these presents___

Know ye that I John J. Sanchez of Alachua County send greeting
whereas by an order of the County Court in the Territory of Florida duly
passed and entered on record it is decided that the Commissioner
of said County shall make execute and deliver to the purchasers of
lots in the town of Newnansville, Deeds of Conveyances for the lots by
them respectively entered and whereas John Helvinston stands noted &
entered upon the plot of said Town in my custody as the purchaser of the
lot hereinafter specified. Now Know ye that I the said John J.
Sanchez of said County of Alachua by virtue of the Authority so as
aforesaid in me Vested in Consideration of the sum of Twenty Dollars
& 50/100 by the said John Helvinston to me in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby Acknowledged have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents Do Grant bargain and sell unto the said
John Helvinston and to his heirs and assigns forever a Certain
