lot of land in the Town of Newnansville designated as lot N 3 
Range N1 Block N1 upon the plan of said Town as filed and 
existing in the Clerk's Office of the Alachua County Aforesaid, together 
with all and Singular the hereditaments and Appurtenances  to the 
same in any wise belonging __ To have and to hold the said 
lot and premises and every part thereof with the Appurtenances 
unto the said John Helvinston his heirs and assigns forever as fully 
and absolutely as I the said John J. Sanchez Commissioner Aforesaid 
might, could, or Ought to sell and convey the same.
		In Witness whereof I the said John J. Sanchez 
Commissioner Aforesaid have hereunto set my hand and seal 
this 18th day of February A.D 1843
