To have and to hold all and Singular the aforesaid Negro Slaves together 
with all of their future increase therein before granted, bargained and sold 
unto said Robert O. Dale his executors, Administrators and assigns to the 
only and proper use and behoof of the said Robert O. Dale his Executors Administrators 
and assigns forever
		And I the said William D. Grimes do hereby further Covenant 
and agree with the said Robert O. Dale his Executors Administrators & Assigns 
that the said Negro Slaves above Mortgaged shall not be removed beyond 
the limits of Alachua County, Territory of Florida without due Notice given 
to the said Robert O. Dale his Executors Administrators and assigns, or his or 
their agent or agents duly appointed and authorized.  And I the said 
William D. Grimes do hereby further Covenant and agree to pay all costs 
and charges that have Accrued or may Accrue which said Costs are estimated 
by the consent of all parties at the sum of four hundred and thirty nine 
Dollars exclusive of Tax = Fee _____
		The Condition of the above Obligation is such 
that whereas the aforesaid William D. Grimes did on the twenty second day of 
February One thousand eight hundred and forty three make a certain promissory 
note of the following term and effect viz.  One day after date I promise to pay 
Robert O. dale or bearer Four thousand three hundred and eighty two 
Dollars and eighty one cents for value received.  Now if the said William 
D. Grimes his heirs, Executors and Administrators shall and do will and truly pay 
or cause to be paid to the said Robert O. Dale his heirs executors Administrators 
or assigns the full and just sum of four thousand three hundred and eighty 
two Dollars and eighty one cents together with all interest that has accrued or 
may Accrue thereon, at the rate of eight per cent per annum till paid  
As well also if the said William D. Grimes perform or cause to be performed all & 
Singular the above written  Covenant, then and in such case, every matter and 
thing herein contained, determine and be utterly void, any thing contained 
to the contrary thereof in any wise Not withstanding  Otherwise to remain in full 
force Virtue and Effect, Signed Sealed and delivered 4th March 1843
