County of Alachua      	Know all men by these presents this indenture 
made this twenty seventh day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand 
eight hundred and forty three, by Robert D. Bradley of the first part and  Wm
Hope of the second part both of the County aforesaid  Witnesseth That I Robert 
D. Bradley of the first part, for and in the consideration of the sum of Three hundred 
and fifty Dollars to me in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery 
of these presents by the said William Hope of the second part & of the County 
aforesaid the receipt Whereof I do hereby Acknowledge have bargained 
and sold and do by these presents, bargain sell and deliver unto the said 
William Hope One Wagon and three mules, one yellow horse mule, one 
bay horse mule and one bay mare mule, also two horses one three years 
old horse with a blaze on his forehead And one bay three year old mare  
	To have and to hold said above described  Wagon, three mules 
and two horses unto the said William Hope his executors Administrators 
and assigns to them and their only proper use and behoof forever, And I
the said Robert D. Bradley my executors and Administrators the said bargained 
Premises unto the said William Hope his executors Administrators and 
assigns forever and against all persons whomsoever shall and will warrant 
and forever defend by these presents    In Witness whereof I have here
unto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
	Now the Condition of the above instrument is such that if the said 
Robert D. Bradley of the first part shall well and truly by himself or 
his heirs executors Administrators pay or cause to be paid unto the said 
William Hope his heirs or assigns on or before the first day of January 
eighteen hundred and forty four the sum of three hundred & fifty 
Dollars lawful money of the United States with ten per cent interest 
on said amount, then this bill of sale or Mortgage to be null & void but in 
case of non performance of the party of the first part to comply with the con
ditions, this is to remain in full force and effect in Law and Equity___
