the Appurtenances unto the said Moses Curry his heirs & assigns 
forever, as fully and absolutely as I the said John Beard Junr as 
Marshal Aforesaid and under the Authority of the Aforesaid right could or 
ought to sell and convey the same__

This Indenture Made this 13th day of February AD 1843 between 
Garbriel W. Perpall of St. Augustine, County of St. John Territory of 
Florida of the first part and Moses E. Levy of the same place of the second 
part,  Witnesseth that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration 
of the sum of Seven hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States of America 
to him in hand paid, by the said party of the second part at or before 
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby 
Acknowledged, have granted, bargained, Sold, Aliened, remised, released, 
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, Sell, Alien, 
remise, release, Convey and Confirm unto the said party of the second 
part his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain tract parcel or
