equal quality and value with the residue of the said undivided fourth
part of the said tract or parcel of Land of the said party of the first part
and also all the hereditaments, rights members and appurtenances unto
the saidfive hundred acres of Land belonging, or in any wise appertaining
and all the estate, rights, titles, interest, claim, and demand of any kind what-
soever both at Law & in equity of the said party of the first part of, in, out of
or upon the said Land and premises hereby granted, and released or intended so to be
and every part thereof. To have and to hold the said five hundred acres of Land and
all and singular the premises hereby granted and released or intended so to be and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever, and to his and their proper use benefit
and behoof forever
