Received from John E. Tucker the sum of One hundred dollars 
being in full for the half quarter section No.  four Section eleven township 
No. eight range No. eighteen containing Eighty Acres at the 
rate of $1.25 per Acre $100___

This Indenture made this twenty fourth day of May AD 
1843 Between Asa A. Stewart Administrator on the Estate 
of John E. Tucker deceased of Columbia County of the first 
part and Woodbridge S. Olmsted of Alachua County 
of the second part  Witnesseth  that by virtue of an 
order of the County Court of Columbia County at the last 
term of said Court  Authority is valid in the said party 
of the first part as Administrator of the Estate of John E. Tucker 
to make title to the said party of the second part to a certain 
piece or parcel of land lying the County of Alachua being 
the West half of the North West quarter of Section Eleven 
Township eight South and Range Eighteen East containing 
Eighty Acres _____  Now theretofore be it known to all 
men to whom these presents shall come that I the said Asa
