said Miranda by the Spanish Government of east Florida in the year 
One Thousand Eight hundred and ten.  And said Grantee is authorized 
to locate the same in Township no. Five (5) as described in a map 
of said grant made by Charles Vignoles late Surveyor of East Florida 
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances there
unto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions, 
remainder and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof.  And also all 
the estate right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand 
whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said party of the first part 
of in or to the same and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances 
To have and to hold all and singular the premises above granted and 
described together with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second 
part his heirs and assigns forever And the said party of the first part 
for himself his heirs executors and administrators and for each and every of them 
doth covenant promise and agree to and with the said party of the second 
part his heirs and assigns forever And the said party of the first part for
himself his heirs executors and Administrators by these presents that the said 
party of the first part hath not made done committed executed or 
suffered any acts or act thing or things whatsoever, whereby, or by means 
whereof the said above mentioned and discribed premises or any part 
thereof now are or at any time hereafter shall or may be impeached 
charged or incumbered in any manner or way whatsoever
		In witness whereof the said party of the first part hath 
hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written

Be it remembered that on this Twenty sixth day of February in the 
year One Thousand Eight hundred and thirty before me John J. Irvine 
first Judge of the Court of common Pleas for the city and County of 
New York, personally appeared John A. Mitchel the subscribing witness 
to the within deed and being by me duly sworn deposed that he saw Philo 
Andrews the grantor therein named signed seal and deliver the
