Know all men by these presents that I Wyley 
Brooks of the Territory of Florida & County of Alachua 
for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred 
dollars to me in hand paid (the receipt whereof I 
do hereby acknowledge) by Geo Center of the Territory 
and County aforesaid, have bargained sold and 
delivered and by these presents do bargain sell and 
deliver to the said George Center the following property 
viz One Bay mare with a sorrel yearling colt, One 
Grey mare with a Brown yearling colt, One sorrel four 
year old mare, One glass Eyed Grey mare Two years old, 
One bay mare with a sorrel yearling colt One Bay 
mare five years old, One cream mare three years 
old, One yoke of Oxen, One Cart, Twenty meat Hogs 
& Ten Cows with their calves, Which said property I do hereby 
warrant and defend to said Center against myself my heirs, 
executors &c & against all other Claims whatsoever
			Given under my hand this Sixth day 
of December AD 1833
