   Know all men by these presents that I John Phagan 
of the Seminole Agency County of Alachua & Territory of Florida 
have bargained sold and delivered to Bennett M. Dell and 
Erastus Rogers the following named property for and in consider
ation of the sum of twelve hundred and fifty dollars to 
wit Five head of Horses, One mule, Thirty head of cattle of cattle 
One Negro Boy about thirty five years of age named Nat and 
One Negro woman about sixty years of age named Betty.  All of 
the above mentioned property I do warrant and defend against 
my heirs executors administrators and assigns to the said B.M. Dell and 
E. Rogers
