Justices of the Peace for the County of Leon, Personally came and appeared 
Joseph Elzardi who being duly sworn deposeth And saith that he was 
present And saw Joseph Simion Sanchez Sign Seal and deliver 
the within deed of bargain and sale as and for his act and deed 
for the purposes therein contained and that Francis Mirle and Ensebio 
Maria Gomez signed their names with him as witnesses thereto

placed on record, Whereupon I have duly recorded the same in 
Book A pages 331.332.333

do hereby renounce & relinquish unto Theodore Flotard the grantee named in the

granted and I do declare that I make this relinquishment and renunciation 
freely, voluntarily And without any fear Compulsion or restraint of said Husband
