mares and Two horses & one hundred & fifty head of Stock Cattle 
with a crop in one ear & hole in the other branded with the 
said letters AB Upon trust Nevertheless to the use benefit 
comfort support & maintenance of the said Sarah Brooks 
for and during the term of her natural life and after death 
should he survive her to the use benefit comfort and support 
and maintenance of the said Wiley Brooks for and during 
the term of his natural life.  And at the death of the said -- 
Wiley Brooks and Sarah Brooks his wife and the survivors 
of them then to their heirs share and share alike.  And the said 
Simeon Dell doth agree and bind himself to convey to any other 
trustee to the uses and for the purposes in this deed expressed 
all the aforementioned property together with the increase at the 
request in writing of the said Wiley Brooks & Sarah Brooks 
his wife to him made & by them or the survivor of them required 
whenever thereto requested and that he will execute the trust 
in this deed conferred on him according to its true intent and 
tenor And the said Wiley Brooks and Sarah his wife do 
consent and agree to the conveyance herein made and to the said 
Simeon Dell and accept the use conferred on them respectively 
as is herein Expressed
		In testimony whereof all the parties hereto have set 
their hands & seals the day and year first before written the word 
life on the seventh line of the second page being interlined before signing
